PROJECTS

This is the page where I get to tell you what I do, why, and so forth. The good part is that I am not limited to 140 characters.

Over the years, I’ve had a hard time responding to the notorious “What do you do?” question. Mainly because I don’t like to be boxed into one defining category because I always tend to engage in diverse projects and activities. Early on, I learned that is the true nature of an entrepreneur and visionary creative. All-in-all most of my work has been about creating companies, empowering brands, and helping people live better lives, become better leaders, grow their businesses, and market their brand(s) more effectively. I do this in numerous ways, such as producing events and creative materials, creating marketing campaigns, coaching, consulting, and speaking.

CURRENT PROJECTS:

  • I am the co-founder (2000) and CEO of an interactive marketing and digital media company in Puerto Rico called Futuroe, Inc. We specialize in Website Design/Development, Interactive Marketing, Social Media Campaigns, Blog Design, Mobile Applications, and E-commerce solutions.
  • I am also Partner and Executive Producer of Prime Events, Inc., a special events company that produces ExpoHogar, the largest and most prestige home show in Puerto Rico since 2003. On 2011, we are launching a new and innovating series of events in Puerto Rico, Today’s Woman, to empower and enrich the lives of women in Puerto Rico.
  • I also run day-to-day operations for a 30-year old family business, SONO Cinema Advertising, an exclusive screen advertising movie with over 275 theaters in Puerto Rico.
  • I am the Founder (2006) and Lead Executive Coach for Leadership Fuel Coaching and Consulting Group with a mission to be a catalyst of significant, sustainable, and holistic change that improves the quality of life of people and the organizations they for which they work.
  • I am founding board member and VP for a non-profit called Silent Grace Foundation. We develop and lead projects that promote social change in Haiti, Sudan, and Puerto Rico.

Yes, I came jumping out of the belly and really enjoy engaging in simultaneous projects and using my gifts to make a difference in people and society. Managing diverse projects is a skill that you perfect over time and gets better with the years. After much trial and error, I discovered that burnout occurs when you are pushing against the grain and don’t really enjoy what you are doing. I engage in projects that are life-giving and make me feel fully-alive.
