Connect with yourself, with what you are doing, with whomever is with you, with your surrounding, and with your purpose. Connect with the present moment. Don’t rush into the future, focus on the here and now.

The moment you are in, will not happen again. Be fully involved in this moment. Open your eyes to see and your ears to hear. Do not let this moment pass away…every moment is filled with divine potential.

“Do not worry about tomorrow,’ Jesus reminds us, ‘for tomorrow will have its own worries. Let each day’s problems be sufficient for the day.” -Matthew 6:25-34

You must live in the present, launch yourself on every wave, find your eternity in each moment. ~Henry David Thoreau

It is the quality of the moment, not the number of days, or events, or of actors, that imports. ~Ralph Waldo Emerson

I do not want to foresee the future. I am concerned with taking care of the present. God has given me no control over the moment following. ~Mohandas Gandhi

Are you here?

Are you awake and fully present?
