ABOUT ME (Jorge Fusaro, MA, CPC)

Short Version: I think and write. Coach and consult. Dream and speak. Learn and share. Promote hope and action. I find overwhelming joy and satisfaction in helping people: live better lives, ask the right questions, identify what matters most, think and communicate clearly, and make wise decisions. I support creators, dreamers, misfits, innovators, linchpins, leaders, activators, and mobilizers hungry to make a difference in their lives and the lives of others. At the core, my faith drives and infuses all of my life, work, play, and leadership.

Long Version: From an early age, I have been attracted to ideas, creativity, leading, and entrepreneurship. Do you remember the kid with the lemonade stand, the newspaper boy, and the neighborhood shoe polisher? Well, that was me. At 13, I started my mobile-DJ business, which lasted for 9 years and opened the doors to DJ in multiple venues/countries. It also gave birth to Kilombo Productions in 1995, a promotions and event producing company active under my lead until 2000. Later that year, I co-founded Futuroe, a leading digital media agency specializing in web design/development, online marketing, and technology consulting. In 2006, I established Leadership Fuel, a firm committed to empowering leaders to significant and sustainable success in life and in business. For the past ten years, my love for media, technology and digital culture, continues to be a big part of my professional life. I regularly advise businesses and brands on social networking and new media marketing communications.
Education and past experiences have played a key role in my career, as well as in my personal and intellectual development. As far as I recall, I have always been a student of people, culture, leadership, religion, and innovation. This led me to obtain a B.S. in Business Administration, majoring in Marketing Management from Louisiana State University followed by an M.A. in Theology and Culture from Fuller Theological Seminary, which allowed me to continue. Immersed in this diverse community of theological reflection, I devoted most of my time to the integration of spirituality to everyday life. My passion for leadership and empowering people, led me to obtain my professional coaching certification at the International Coach Academy, a comprehensive program in professional coaching, fully-credentialed by the International Coaching Federation.
A bit more about me: I was born and raised in the beautiful island of Puerto Rico by Cuban-Argentine parents and have lived in Louisiana, California, and Italy. I currently live in New York City and love to travel as much as possible. My hobbies include photography, digesting art and culture, cooking, playing music, following international soccer, playing tennis, golfing, dancing, reading, storytelling, savoring good beverages, and finding good deals.

God bless you. it was a blessing having you last Saturday with us. The kids are still talking about both of you. They end up asking when are we going to get together again. Well I hope it will be soon. Be safe.!!!!!!
It is one of the most interesting websites I have seen, mainly because of the substance. There is so much online frivolity, that when you see something like this, it stops you on your tracks to really reflect on what you just read. I am proud of you. Congratulations. You are a great human being.
Tu tia.
